Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timings are 2 – 4 working days for all major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas within Pakistan, please note given the current ongoing circumstances, deliveries may face an extended lead time.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of payment.
The Company shall endeavor to deliver the goods you have offered to purchase within 2 – 4 working days after we receive your order however, due to COVID-19 situation the delivery time is affected and may take up to 2 weeks to reach you. However, force majeure events are expected.
The Company will deliver the goods during routine working hours (9am – 5pm) within Pakistan at the given address from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.
Please note that certain goods may not be delivered within the specified delivery period due to the unavailability of stocks.
The Company can either deliver your order to the shipping address as mentioned by you during order, or an alternative address on your request such as a workplace or friend/family address. The alternative delivery address must be in Pakistan.
A signature will be required upon delivery of the goods to you. Receipt of a signature at the delivery address shall be sufficient to prove that the order had been delivered to you. Signature may be obtained from any person at the given delivery address.
If no person is present at the delivery address you have provided, the courier may attempt delivery with a neighbour who will be asked to sign on your behalf. On neighbor refusal to receive the goods on your behalf, the goods will be returned by the courier to the Company as undelivered. (Next delivery shall be charged accordingly).
