Returns & Exchanges

We at Zeina are committed to providing products of exceptional quality to our customers. Zeina takes care in ensuring that our customers remain satisfied with our products and services, however, we understand that there are times when you may need to return a product. In this case, please review the following points if you want to return or exchange a product:

Zeina will NOT provide an exchange simply based on “Change of Mind”.
You must provide satisfactory proof of purchase and valid reason for exchange. In this case, the product that needs to be exchanged must be:

  • In condition to be resold.
  • Unused and packed in its original packaging.
  • The exchange is sought within 7 Days of placement of order.

Note: Zeina reserves the right not to offer an exchange for change of mind.

  • You may have rights to an exchange if the product(s) received are faulty or damaged.
  • Zeina will require satisfactory proof of purchase and damages before providing an exchange. A photo must be provided to the Zeina customer service team supporting the claim.
  • Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • The exchange will be made with the original product(s), not with any other product(s).
  • Exchange is only applicable when the customer sends the product(s) back to Zeina from a courier of their choosing.
  • You will be responsible for the return of shipping and handling charges.
  • Products purchased on sale are not applicable to exchange.
  • Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item that you wish to exchange.
