 What are the delivery timings?

Delivery timings are 2 – 4 working days for all major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas within Pakistan,

 Can I edit my order?

Yes, once you have placed your order, kindly contact us through the various channels available and we will be happy to edit your Order provided it has not already been dispatched.

 Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. You cannot cancel your order, once your order has been dispatched. Kindly contact us on the channels listed below for further information.

 How do I track my order? (On Hold)

You can track the Order using the Tracking ID provided in your Order confirmation email through the courier portal. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and provide us with your Order number, and we will be glad to help track your order for you.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped. If the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to us by the delivery agent or the unintended recipient and then would be reattempted for delivery.


What are the payment methods to order from Zeina?
Payment can be made by using any of the methods listed on our website. All prices are quoted in PKR (Pakistan Rupees) and include sales tax wherever applicable. The acceptance of offer to purchase goods is subject to availability of goods. The confirmation of order via web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. Company will inform you if it is unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase.

 There’s a missing item in my order, what do I do?

Depending on the item(s) condition during processing, we may make changes to your order and an email will be sent to inform you before the parcel is being handed over to our Courier Partner for delivery. Occasionally, if the item’s quantity or sizes exceed the packaging, we may also pack and sent it in separate packages. Do kindly check the invoice that was included in your package. If there is any missing item(s), please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the item’s name and article number.

 Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only offering our services in Pakistan. However, once we expand our operations we will start shipping internationally.
